Track record since 2010
LISIT has delivered imaging core-lab and analysis work continuously since its foundation in April 2010, for pharmaceutical companies, medical-device manufacturers, universities and university hospitals, public research institutes, and CRO, SMO, CMO and CSO organisations.
Central-review oncology trials, Phase I–III, across CT, MRI, PET, bone scintigraphy (SPECT) and pathology images. Response criteria include RECIST 1.1, iRECIST, CHOI, EORTC, RANO and PCWG3, with bone-scan AI analysis. Work has covered pancreatic, gastric, oesophageal, hepatic, ovarian, urothelial, prostate and thymic cancers, soft-tissue sarcoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumour, osteosarcoma, and traumatic brain injury. International adjudication meetings are run over a 10 Gbps link, with cross-border DICOM sharing on ISMAP-certified secure cloud infrastructure between the EU and Asia.
